DSA Chinese New Year Special Workout 2022 Sign Up Important Notice: Before signing up for the DSA Chinese New Year Special Workout, you will be required to fill in the DSA Declaration Form and bring it with you on your first session. Date: Feb 1st to 4th, 2022 Ages: 6 to 18 years old Program fee: $350/session (1.5hrs) Locations: Kowloon@Nam Cheong Park Hong Kong Island@Victoria Park Health Measures: - Player & coaches will have their temperature checked before attending the session - Player & coaches will be required to wear their reusable DSA Mask at all time. - Player & coaches will have their hands sanitize, before, during and after the session - All equipment will be sanitized before and after each session - All player will be required to bring their own basketball. Workout Details: - SAQ (speed, agility and quickness) * Short sprints * Change of direction * Change of pace on and off the ball * Endurance runs to help build stamina * Ladder footwork workouts * Perimeter and post footwork * Lateral defensive footwork - Body weight exercises * Upper body exercises (push ups, sit ups, core workouts,) * Lower body exercises (squats, squat jumps, splits, split jumps, lounges,) Notes: • Strict Health Measure to be applied • Maximum of 4 players per group • Free DSA Reusable Mask/per participant
